Recovery services are governed only by a written agreement accepted by David Michael Commercial. Rates, scope, responsibilities, and authorization requirements are determined in that agreement. Sending an inquiry or account information does not by itself create an engagement.
Website transactions, fees, and cancellations
No purchase or payment is completed through this public website. Fees, including any contingency fees, and all cancellation, termination, refund, or credit terms are governed exclusively by the signed collection-services agreement between David Michael Commercial and the client. Submitting a consultation request or account placement does not authorize a charge and does not create an obligation to purchase services.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful material, or use the site in a manner that violates another person’s rights. Secure portal access is limited to authorized users.
