The DMC process

A direct path from placement to documented resolution.

Clear inputs, decisive action, and transparent reporting keep commercial recovery moving without adding more status-chasing to your team.

Four phases

Every account. Every action. One clear record.

The process is structured enough to stay accountable and flexible enough to reflect the facts, documents, and approval requirements of each commercial account.

  1. 01

    Review & place

We confirm the balance, debtor information, account history, decision-makers, and supporting documents. Any known dispute or prior payment arrangement should be identified at the start.

  2. 02

    Engage & pursue

DMC begins focused outreach, works to reach the responsible business contact, addresses known objections, and records commitments, follow-ups, and next actions.

  3. 03

    Resolve

Payment, an approved payment plan, or an authorized settlement may resolve the account. Client approval requirements remain part of the process.

  4. 04

    Report & remit

Activity, payments, fees, remittances, and account status are maintained in a clear record. Authorized clients can review progress in the secure portal.

Client visibility

Know what happened and what happens next.

Authorized clients can use the secure DMC portal to review placed accounts, activity, supporting documents, payments, settlement decisions, remittances, and statements.

The goal is simple: give each placement an owner, a consistent follow-up rhythm, and a record that supports informed decisions.
